ingredients:
10 pkg sharp cheddar cheese
10 pkg. mild cheddar cheese
"Cracker Barrel" brand preferred
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 med. garlic bud, minced
Chili powder

instructions:
Grind cheddar cheese in food grinder (I grate the cheese in
the food processor).
Add cream cheese, nuts and garlic. I knead it to get a smooth
consistency.
Form into 2 "logs" - the size of crackers will be served
with.
Roll in chili powder to coat.
Chill. Take out 15 min. before serving.
