1 (6 oz.) pkg or 2 (3 oz.) pkgs cranberry flavor gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
3 c. Basic Cranberry Relish*
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped celery
Pour boiling water over gelatin; stir to dissolve.
Add Cranberry Relish and cold water.
Chill until mixture starts to thicken.
Fold in walnuts and celery.
Chill until set.
6 to 8 servings
4 medium oranges, seeded
2 lbs. cranberries
4 medium unpeeled apples, cored
4 c. sugar
Peel the yellow rind from oranges.
Put orange pulp, cranberries and apples through food ginder
or use food processor.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
Or seal and freeze.
I usually freeze in 3 cup batches.
Makes 4 pints
