Can be made from fresh, frozen or canned
fruit.
Add water to syrup to make 1c. of liquid
(if no syrup just use water).
Blend - 2 T. flour, 1/3c. sugar, dash salt.
Cook til bubbly.
Add - 1 T. lemon juice
Pour over fruit in 2qt baking dish.

Topper:
Combine - 1c. flour, 2 T. sugar, 1 1/2tsp.
baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt
Cut in - 1/4c. butter
Add - 1/4c. milk, 1 egg
Spoon on top of fruit and liquid mixture
Bake @ 400° for 20-25 min.
Topper should be lightly browned and fruit mixture should be
bubbling.
Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
