Peach Brandy
1 gallon peaches
2 gallon warm water
Juice of 4 lemons
10 lbs sugar
2 pkgs yeast
Put in stone crock.
Stir 1 time per day for 3 mins for 7 days.
On day 7 add: 3 lbs raisins - do not stir.
Let set for 21 days.
Strain off - bottle - enjoy.
1 lb = 4 med = 2 cups (1 pt)
8 lb = 32 med = 16 cups (1 gal)

a batch and it was delicious.
