ingredients:
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
dash salt
½ cup dark corn syrup
½ cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecan halves

instructions:
Beat 3 eggs thoroughly with 2/3 cup sugar,
dash salt, ½ cup dark corn syrup, ½ cup light corn
syrup, and 1/3 cup melted butter.
Add 1 cup pecan halves. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway
between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
