How do you use Sheikah slate to find items?
To select an item, open your Sheikah Slate, press R to navigate to the Hyrule Compendium, and then select any item that you have taken a picture of. The Sensor+ will now replace the Shrine Sensor, and will work in a similar fashion.

To use the sensor, highlight a quest where you have missing materials. You’ll know a quest is missing materials if the items in the mission description have red text when displaying the quantity.
